Initial commit: Complete PACS landing page

- Implemented React + Vite + Tailwind CSS setup
- Created responsive landing page for Palhara SKUS Primary Agriculture Credit Society
- Added hero carousel with 4 slides showcasing schemes
- Built services section with 6 service cards
- Implemented interactive revenue charts with dummy data
- Added FAQ section with accordion functionality
- Created complaint form UI
- Built comprehensive footer with links and contacts
- Configured custom theme colors (green, yellow, orange)
- Added Framer Motion animations throughout
- Implemented fully responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop
